Located amidst beautiful scenery, the hotel offers a perfect base to explore the nearby National Park areas and waterfalls. the Falls Cottage King Suite offers a spotless and spacious room with a large living area, bedroom, and elegant bath. the service is exceptional, making guests feel special from check-in with a champagne greeting to turndown service with rose petals and a small bottle of champagne. the heated floors in the bathroom add an indulgent touch, and the linens and towels are of top-notch quality.
The service speed at the water garden bar and pool bar can be a bit slow at times.

Thank you for upgrading us to a suite. Everything was fantastic overall. Location was close enough to major attractions and also Bryson's Food Store, which is 10 minutes walk away.

We recently stayed at a gorgeous hotel in the mountains. The heated bathroom floors were an amazing touch, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel had an incredible garden that created a serene and peaceful environment. Located very close to local restaurants, we enjoyed exploring and trying out the delicious food. we had a wonderful experience.
The check-in process, which seemed a bit understaffed. We had to wait for a while before being attended to.

During our romantic getaway, we were impressed with the warmth of the welcome we received and the helpfulness of the staff. We enjoyed the complimentary champagne and tour of the property which helped us understand the layout better. The location was ideal with shops and restaurants nearby. Our room was beautifully appointed with fresh flowers and cookies left for us every day.
We found the room quite cramped and the bed uncomfortable. Although the room was well-equipped, we found some features difficult to use.

Transported to another era with antique furniture and historic ambiance. A relaxing spa suite with heated floors and a cozy fireplace made for a comfortable stay. the landscaping is beautiful and serene, and the pool is perfect for lounging. the friendly and accommodating staff made for a great vacation.
The location can be difficult to get to without a car and the restaurant options nearby are limited.
